Speakers: Right-of-Way or Easement?
Betsy Bosiak of Epsom and Matt Monahan from CNHRPC will give a presentation on road rights-of-way and easements. Specifically, the presentation will provide background on rights-of-way and easements and when a Planning Board should require them when an applicant is proposing public improvements.
