Our next CNHRPC Quarterly meeting – scheduled for this coming Thursday, October 9 @ 7pm. We will be meeting in person at the Horseshoe Pond Place Community Resource Center and on zoom.
Speaker: Our speaker will be Steve Buckley, NHMA Senior Legal Services Counsel (and CNHRPC Commissioner for many years). Steve will provide an overview of recent changes to New Hampshire’s planning and zoning laws, including a number of housing related changes. CNHRPC staff will also review staff activities related to the recent planning and zoning changes in preparation for Town Meeting 2026, and provide an update on the Ten-Year Plan development process.
